Terms & Conditions
A £20 booking fee is taken for all new clients. This booking fee is non refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours. The booking fee can also be transferred to another date, again if this is over 48 hours before the appointment time. The booking fee will only be transferred to another date once, after this it is non refundable.
